I did originally try to list the places I bought from in this post as I thought I’d put all my most recent purchases in one place but the title got ridiculously long. I did originally think of doing one or two of these separately but then I realised they were all arriving near each other and it would mean it was later for me to post any of the reviews and I’m really looking forward to some of these products. This post has a combination of orders from Amazon, ASOS and Superdrug but there’s also a couple of things I won on the village fete tombola that I thought I’d throw in here as well.
As you can see from the photo this post covers a lot of different things, most of them I’ll be posting about on here some time in the near future. Most of them are beauty products but there’s some DVDs and books thrown in there too.

I’m a bit late with this post, I realised today that it’s the second week in November and I hadn’t done an October favourites post. Like most months it’s a bit of a mixed bag, though I think almost everything could come under the beauty tag this time which is probably a first, Yankee Candle things seem to be in beauty blogs a lot.

I bought this coconut oil a couple of months ago now I think but I wanted to give the three ways it recommends you try it a go and review it on all three. I’m always a bit wary of those miracle products that seem to appear every so often, the kind that does everything you want and works every time if you believe the adverts and it seems all the beauty YouTubers rave about it. That’s probably why I’ve taken so long to buy any coconut oil. I eventually got some as I was doing a Superdrug order and it wasn’t a bad price, £2.29 for the 125ml tub seems good to me.
If you want to try this Superdrug version of coconut oil then you can find it here. It’s the same product, I think it has the same ingredients but new packaging, at least it’s the same lot of reviews. You know you’ve taken a while to review a product when they change the packaging. I think I prefer the new look of it, though it doesn’t make any difference to the product inside it’s just a less clinical or ‘value product line’ looking label to me.

If you read my last post on my Superdrug purchases then you will have seen I bought a few of their sheet masks just to see what they were like. They’re in a 3 for 2 offer at the moment and cost £1.29 each. I’ve seen a lot about sheet masks from Asian beauty brands but haven’t seen any in the UK, so when I saw these on the site I had to get them.
This is the Calming Facial Sheet Mask, it says it’s a cleansing formula and contains green tea, cucumber and aloe vera juice. As these are fairly calming ingredients that I know have worked for me in the past and it says for all skin types I thought this would be a good one to start with.

With the recent hot weather (well, recent when I made the order) I realised I didn’t have any sun cream and decided that as Superdrug had a half off price on my favourite sun cream brand I decided to make a small order. But then it kind of grew a bit. Almost everything in this order I want to do a proper review, or mini one, once I’ve had a proper go with them so this is sort a small overview and a bit of a small first impression for what I’ve seen so far. Everything was bought from the Superdrug website.
